Nestled behind a stunning crepe myrtle tree and situated in arguably one of Albury's most attractive central streets, this blue chip property will delight the most discerning traveller.
Boasting four large queen bedrooms with lux mattresses and linen, this Federation style home has been tastefully modernised in every way whilst retaining the best of the original decorative features such as stain glass windows and ornamental fireplaces. There is an ensuite to main bedroom, and large sleek bathroom servicing the other three bedrooms. There is a single bed in one of the bedrooms as well as the queens, so house comfortably sleeps 9 in four bedrooms.
The rear of the house is reserved for entertaining with family and friends, with ample comfy seating indoors and outdoors, a huge modern kitchen complete with butlers pantry and quality appliances, and featuring the impressive centrepiece of the house; the custom-designed timber bench top and dining setting.
Year round comfort is assured with ducted heating and cooling, and parking is within the undercover carport or two parking permits for the street. All linen is provided, as well as unlimited high speed wifi and a starter kit of supplies for your convenience.
Up to two doggies are also welcome but not on beds or couches :-)

Summary: Conveniently located via foot or car to Albury town/shops.From the outside an old style home (with off street parking).the inside clean and totally renovated with state of the art quality fittings and appliances. Loved the butlers pantry with extra sink etc…. Nice touch with the complimentary tea/coffee & cookies.Ducted air, plus fans for our summer stay & super comfy beds and clean linen & pillows gave all the creature comforts. Two bathrooms a plus in this 4 (all large) bedrooms (again complimentary shampoos/body wash soaps)was perfect and ample places to sit being around the large kitchen island or dining table, lounge room or sitting room all light and airy.Wouldnt hesitate to come back and stay.
